functionally fit workout

This morning’s workout was a little organic- a.k.a I made it up as I went along. Sometimes, when I do this, it turns into just a random mesh of exercises. However, today’s creation was pretty awesome! (If I do say so myself)

After a 4 mile run, I got set up and did the following:

Equipment- Stepper with 5 rows, 8lb. medicine ball, 10 lb. and 8lb. dumbbells, & yoga mat.

* Each superset was split into 3 separate sets, with a 30 second or 1 minute break in between each superset.

45 Box Jumps & Frontal Raise w/ wall sit (10lb. dumbbells)

120 Jack Thrusts w/ 8lb Medicine Ball, 90 Roman Twists, & 60 Ball Slams

40 Side Lunges Each Side & 100 Squats NO BREAK (Only 1 set of each)

100 Hitch Kicks 50 Each Side (5 sets of 20/ 10 each side)

30 Muscle Mans, 90 High Knees, & 120 Leg Crosses

60 Ball Bridges (4 sets of 15 reps)

I hope you all have a wonderful Monday!
