Helloooo! Happy October 15th!
I’ve got a full day, today, so I have to keep things short and sweet. Since it’s my birthday, I thought I’d share with you 3 of my favorite things: Yoga, Circuit Workouts & Baby Pictures! Then, I will be off to school to take a test (thank you to my professor for scheduling a test on my birthday) & to have some fun!
As part of Courtney’s October Yoga Challenge, I have been doing yoga 2x per week! I have got to say, this challenge is awesome! I love yoga, but rarely ever do it consistently. (I know, boo me) However, this challenge has been an awesome way for me to get motivated to partake in the amazingness of yoga more often.
For the 2nd week in a row, I was able to fulfill my goal and do yoga 2x! Wahoo I went to a class on Friday with my dad, an did a short P90X on Sunday morning after my run. Go me! (haha- I’m way too arrogant today)
I am still in the process of achieving my second goal of doing the crow pose. It is a lot harder then I thought! I will keep pluggin’ away, an will hopefully do the pose by the end of the month.
Today marks my 22nd birthday. So, in true Kaylie fashion, I thought I’d share a workout with you all that revolves around the number 22. I won’t be working out today (BOOO ), but I will be tomorrow! You better believe I will be tryin’ this puppy out, too:
