Insomnia Update VLOG and A Few Tangents

Hey guys! Before I get into some tangents, I wanted to give you an update on my sleeplessness via a VLOG. Sorry for the rambles and nonsensical thoughts, but here we go…

Now onto some tangents~


I found this eye mask at Mother’s Market and I love it!!! It helps relax your eyes and relax in general. All you do is put it in the fridge for a few minutes and you are good to go! Plus it makes you resemble a ninja turtle, which is always a necessary life attribute. ;)


My client, Shanaz, showed me this the other day and I got really excited for the 2013 Disney Half! I am also super happy because Shanaz has signed up for 5 half marathons next year! 5! Even though I created a running monster, I am super happy to have another running buddy along with my dad. Now I just need to work on getting Kevin to run a half marathon. This will happen, i promise. :)


I am loving these Christmas cinnamon pine cones! They smell so good and I can’t imagine how I ever lived without them. That’s all. :)

Like I told you yesterday, I am so glad you decided to be so open with all of us. I know how hard it is, oh do I ever, but just keep trusting in yourself & know that you’ll get past this <3.   2. gosh i am sorry! it stinks to not be able to sleep, i know sleep meds may be a good option. even with an anxious mind for a while they helped me sleep. i hope you can talk to a doctor and get some medicine!
