Life over here seems to be going back to normal. I seem to have found a rhythm with my work schedule that I think is working out. Once I start school, I know things will get a little crazy, but my classes will be much easier this semester then last semester- a.k.a. my death semester.
Yesterday, even though I worked super early, I got a whole 6 hours of sleep the night before and laid on the couch and watched 3 hours of Parks and Recreation with Kevin before dinner. I am pretty sure Andy is my favorite character. He is freaking hilarious! You guys must watch this show. I mean, you must.
Remember the other day when I shared with you all an elliptical interval workout that I tried? Well I tried it again and I realized that…
- The one I shared did not have fun colors or was not accessible at all
- The workout itself needed some fine tuning
- And so, to make up for the hewy that I posted the other day, I give you the new and improved
Elliptical Interval Workout~
I love this workout because it makes the elliptical interesting. I am not usually a fan of the elliptical because I find myself zoning out and watching t.v. whenever I choose that for my cardio. However, 20 minutes of this workout left me feelin’ it in my legs- I even burned 300 calories!
