I can't believe I forgot to tell you all about my shoe shopping on Sunday!!! I went to lunch with my dad, Jake, and Kevin. Afterward,
I revealed my master plan to make my family shoe shop with me casually noticed my favorite running store next store & suggested we all go buy some new running shoes!

I know I said that I wanted to try the Brooks Pure Cadence for my sprinting/race shoe. However, after trying them on and running in them, something just didn't feel right. With this uncertainty, I knew I didn't want to drop money on a pair of shoes if I knew they would be duds right away.
And then I found the Asics DS Racers & fell in love! They are lightweight, yet have stability in the heel and arch which I need. Plus they are pink and super cute- always a plus!
While at Road Runner, my sister called and said she got to leave work early! I told her to get her butt over to the store so she could finally buy new running shoes so we could start training for her 10K!
I think I was a little more excited then she was…
So, even though I consider myself to be super active, I have another side to me that I want to share with you all today. I am a self-proclaimed couch potato who LOVES T.V.
So, while I would literally sit on the couch and watch T.V. for 5 hours a day, I know that there are about 576 other ways I could spend my time better. In case you are like me and need motivation to get your toosh off the couch, here is a little workout I put together for 'ya~
